BRAND PHILOSOPHY
Our pendants and chains are carefully paired to create the signature look and feel of the LOLA brand.
It is our philosophy that these items be displayed together to best represent our brand identity.
Opening Order
The suggested opening order is based on a ratio of three chains for every ten pendants. This ensures
that you will have enough chains to properly display your pieces and support sales. While many
customers purchase pendants with chains, others may choose to build their own layered look by
buying pendants or chains separately. You may also order any combination of necklaces and bracelets
we offer to best suit your assortment.
All opening orders and any subsequent orders must be paid in full at the time of shipping.
Please allow up to three business days for order processing and shipment.
Ongoing Orders
When ordering more product for your store, the following information is needed to complete the order:
• Product SKU
• Quantity of each SKU
• PO number (if applicable)
Send an email to storeservice@lolacompany.com with the above information, use our LOLA order
form or contact your LOLA sales representative. It can take up to 3 business days to complete and
ship an order. If any item is on backorder we will note it on the order receipt and once it comes in
we will ship it automatically with its own invoice and shipping fee. Please note that orders up to
$500 will be charged a $10 shipping fee & orders over $500 will be charged shipping + insurance.
Special Orders

and we will try our best to accommodate you and your customer.
Custom Pendants
Custom pendants can take from 10 to 12 weeks from final artwork approval depending on the design.
Please send an email to custom@lolacompany.com for details on the custom pendant process.
Product Description Cards
You will receive a product description card for each pendant, tag pendant & 143 Love Code item
ordered. These cards are intended to be given to the customer upon purchase and they may also
be used for your displays.
Exchange/Credit Policy
LOLA allows up to 10 returns and/or exchanges on items ordered wholesale for credit only within
a 365-day calendar year. Credits are issued at the current market price only. Please note that refunds
will not be provided.
Product Information
All Chains, Bracelets, Spacers, Necklaces, Rings, Pendants, Locks & Tags are .925 sterling silver or
.925 sterling silver plated in 24K yellow gold.
All gold Pearl Chokers are Gold Fill.
